What to bring and wear to a class
You must wear a t-shirt that covers your underarm area or a long sleeve top and yoga/sweat pants or capris, this prevents you from getting silk burn. There cannot be any zippers, velcro, sequins, snaps or metals on your clothing. Regular yoga pants or sweat pants and a plain t-shirt covering the underarm is the most comfortable. Please note very long nails can get caught while moving.
